Yahaya Bello
Earlier today it has become known about the governor being bombarded with stones, rotten fruits and vegetables by the disgruntled locals as a reaction to the worsening economic situation in the state.

He is convinced that thugs were hired by his political enemies who are pursuing personal interests.
Besides, Mr Bello expressed his gratitude to the citizens and security operatives who apprehended some of the attackers and urged them to remain resolute in their support towards the restoration of the “lost glory of the state”.
